Well, it could have gone a little smoother. We aimed for August 1st, and at the time of writing this (3am, August 5), this site still has a few problems to sort out. We've changed the name of our magazine (EnjoyClassifieds in print is now EnjoyShanghai Weekly) and this website is now up with a major new design, enhanced features, and new content. Ahem, so, we hastily added an html editor to most of our webforms on Friday evening. On a positive note, this means when you post an ad, you may now subtly enhance your carefully tuned prose with a few basic formatting options. Bold, italics, underline, and bullet points to start, and for those born after 1983, or anyone else for whom pictures and hieroglyphics constitute the foundation of English vocabulary, smileys!

Welcome to the newest changes to the home page design. For several months now we've had heaps of great content that's been more or less hidden. Nightlife and Dining events, reviews, polls, and the fastest photo galleries in town.
