CHINESE RECEPTIONIST FOR EUROPEAN COMPANY IN JINGAN SHANGHAI

Only Chinese applicants with immediate start March 2010:

-Experienced with incoming phone calls, messages taking, faxes, emails

-Receiving foreign clients in the office daily

-Daily office duties such as courier, filing and data entry etc

-Liaising closely with management, staff and suppliers

-Arranging international travels and accommodation

-Monitoring and replenishing supplies of all office consumables

-Etc

Requirements:

-Excellent English: speaking, listening and writing

-Excellent customer service with enthusiasm to serve

-Computer literate (e.g. Microsoft Office, Excel, Internet etc)
-Always be well presented and wear professional clothes

-Very good organizational and follow-up skills

-Work as a team player and independently

-You must have previous work experience in foreign company

Location: Jing'an district, Shanghai.

Salary: 2000-2500 RMB, also depends on your experience.
