Financial Adviser

We are looking for a someone who is not afraid of hard word and wants to build a career in the financial services industry in China as a financial adviser.  Someone who is used to influencing and guiding people whilst building a strong relationship.

We need someone with some financial planning ability such as the ability to explain investment life cycle and apply this to individual circumstance as well as the ability to calculate returns with both simple and compound interest and answer other basic financial planning questions.  We need an adviser with the ability to knowledgeably discuss the global economy, its current situation and trends and develop an investment strategy based on this understanding.  

The successful candidate needs the maturity to handle sensitive situation and people with maturity and discretion with minimal oversight or direct guidance.  We require a professional financicial adviser with the pride and drive to deliver the best financial service for our clients in aligment with our reputation.  We require an adviser with strong emotional intelligence who will represent Caterer Goodman Partners in a strong, reliable and professional light whilst building professional relationships.  Despite the listed income this position is open ended with no cap on earnings - it can be what you make it based on your level of success and earnings of 50,000 RMB per month should be common if you are a successful adviser.

Ethics – we require complete disclosure of all conflicts of interest by advisers as well as a written statement that all advise provided is the best possible advice for our clients.  We prefer to work on a fee-based basis with our clients wherever possible to ensure the best possible alignment of interests as described by the CFA ethics guidelines.
