You will be liaising with international clients from all over the world on a daily basis and maintaining a high level of customer service is essential in this position. Requirements:

-Native Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, English, French and German

-Fluent in spoken and written English

-Additional language skills are a plus

-Must have previous experience in this type of position  

-Be very confident on the telephone and have a pleasant phone voice

-Able to engage potential clients

-Positive attitude and able to handle questions and objections

-Must be comfortable with spending the majority of the day on the telephone

-Drive and determination

-You need to thrive on this type of challenge
