Enoteca is opening a new location in Shanghai and is looking for some talented professionals to join it’s team. Since the opening of the first venue in Anfu lu in 2007, Enoteca has became a leader of the wine scene in Shanghai and Beijing. Current Positions:

Executive Chef Directly responsible for all kitchen functions including menu creation, preparation and maintenance of quality standards; sanitation and cleanliness; training of employees in methods of cooking, preparation, plate presentation, portion and cost control and sanitation and cleanliness. Candidate should have good creativity in western food (tapas, continental), proven skills in cost control, safety and hygiene, and a previous chinese experience

Restaurant Manager To oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation. Candidate would join and existing venue or participate to the opening of new projects. This is a full time position for an experienced professional with solid background in food and beverages operations and a love for wines.

Retail Manager Create and implement concepts and ideas to our retail, out-sales and catering activities. Oversee retail operations to achieve stated objectives in sales, staff training, guest service and satisfaction Candidate should have serious knowledge of the wine market in China, solid skill in all marketing tools and channels, as well as an entrepreneurial spirit.
