Business Developper: Commission based

We are a HK based sourcing small business company, in China since 2006.

In order to develop our customer portfolio worldwide, we are looking for full time business developers.  This is a challenging position that necessitates a strong focus and entrepreneurial spirit.

We are looking for individuals originating and having the nationality from the country they want to target (Mainly North America, South America, Europe, Australia, Middle East...) in order to facilitate communication and gain trust from the customers on a short term basis.

Requirements:

• Ability to understand the different stages of an industrial project
• Autonomy, focus, strong ethics, self motivated, energetic, self starter
• Sales oriented
• Ability to contact potential customers cost effectively - no budget available (extensive use of Internet and personal networks)
• Business degree or equivalent

Languages: English (Mandarin is a plus, French is a plus).

Work location: Shanghai (Jing An)

This is a commission based job, although commissions are high (if not unmatched in the industry) it requires dedication before achieving tangible results. This kind of position will not fit everybody. Consequently, please make sure this is what you want to do before applying.

Commission based does not mean we hire everybody; our default choice is no hire. We are looking for individuals that are standing out in sales and are comfortable with this type of compensation.
