Shawatch: The other day, I Booked a seating area in the club for a party for Dec 18. Seating for 8, red sofas, city views. Party of 10-15. Planning to spend some money.4500rmb minimum for the table stated clearly online. Expensive but can live with that.I booked through their automated website reservations.After 2 days, I recevied NO confirmation. I know they receive the booking immediatly, because I booked a dinner reservation seperately at the same time, and received the email confirmation within 1 hour.They ignored my booking request.I re-booked again yesterday, and sent a email directly to their booking people.This time I received a confirmation informing me that I must pay a 7000rmb minimum for the same table, that is stated online at 4500.I asked how this could be because the pricing has been 4500 for that seating arrangement, and website still says so. Franky, the reservations manager informed it is simply a management decision, and that they are a bit slow to update the website. I am a member, and was not informed they planned or had raised their table minimums, and the website until today, Dec 9, 2010 shows the 4500rmb price for that seating area.Low class!Thursday, Dec 09
