Bill has been always helpful and had as well a great Agent.They don't try to push you some expensive houses as in other agencies.I would say they are pretty good though.Saturday, May 19

chinajcb: This place is hit or miss. I had a great realtor from here who helped me find a great place within my budget. Then, we ran into problems at the time of renewal.Then, we dealt with Bill during the renewal and he pulled some number out of nowhere as a commission for the renewal. He was demanding 1,500RMB to make a phone call and "negotiate" with the landlord. This pretty much meant a 10 minute phone call. My advice, have a Chinese friend help you to contact the landlord directly and avoid this place! They pretty much take a commission and barely help you throughout the year.Negative review for Bill.Saturday, Jul 23
