Centre Manager

JJ Treehouse is a thriving learning centre with over 19 years of experience in Hong Kong and 10 in Shanghai. We have 2 registered learning centres in HK and 1 in Shanghai. We provide English language lessons to students between 6 to 18 years old. Lessons include conversational lessons, creative writing, critical thinking and university preparatory courses such as US History, World History, SAT and TOEFL.
We are looking for a Centre Manager for our Shanghai operations. Details as follows:
Responsibilities
• Lead and manage our team of local staff and native English teachers
• Lead the team in setting business goals and meeting business objectives
• Work closely with the team to ensure effective teaching and monitor students’ progress
• Oversee the daily operations of the school within the centre and at our partners’ premises to ensure a smooth operation
Requirements
•University graduate or above
•At least 6 years of working experience, training and sales experience preferred
•Well-mannered, and possess effective communication and interpersonal skills
•Confident, cheerful and proactive with a positive attitude
•Able to multi-task & work under pressure
•Possess a detail-oriented mind with excellent problem-solving skills
•Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
•Fluent in English and conversational in Putonghua
