Peter's Cuisine

Peter Zhou, a foodie from Taiwan, was the manager of the American Meat Association’s China office. Based on his knowledge of beef and his taste for cooking, over the past 20 years, while traveling to Europe and the United States because of his working relationship, he has been indulging in visits to food and looking for the perfect match between research ingredients, and as a result, Peter has made a group of friends from all over the world who love food, including chefs, winemakers, and foodies. They are passionate about exchanging and discussing food ideas, from how to bring the ingredients to life, to the combination of food flavor and cuisine, the food information is constantly shared among the experts!
