Xibo, a modern restaurant in Xinjiang, with three locations in Puxi, is one of the few restaurants in the city that represents the ethnic minority from the hills of Xinjiang. The menu includes hearty dishes known from the province, such as lamb and meatballs. The new branch in Changshu lu offers some lighter and vegetarian recipes as well as more traditional Uighur offerings.
