Step 1
After receiving the goods, if the goods have low quality or are unsuitable for you, the first thing you should do is communicate with the seller, telling him/her you want to return the goods and get a refund. Then, use Taobao App to return the product.
Open the Taobao App and log in (if you use it before, the app will record your account and login automatically). Afterward, click “My Taobao Account“（我的淘宝）
Step 2
After clicking ‘to be received’ (待收货), the page will display all the products you have received, and then select the product you want to return. The page will give you the details of the product immediately, after that, click ‘refund’ (退款).
Afterward, click the “return the goods and refund the money”. (退货退款) If you have not received the goods, and you just want to get the refund, then click the “refund only”.
After clicking the “return the goods and refund the money”(退货退款), choose the “Reasons for Refund”（退款原因）. Namely, inappropriate size, dislike of the product, poor quality and so forth. Next, you are supposed to deliver the product back to the seller, therefore, click “details” (查看详情)
Step 4
The detailed address of the seller is on this page, according to that, you need to fill in relevant information and inform the express company to pick the package. After finished, click the “I have sent it out” (我已寄出).
The related information includes the name of the express company, the list number and the contact number of the returnee.
In the end, click the “submit”(提交) at the bottom of the page to finish the whole process. When the seller receives the returned product and there is no other problem, the refund will directly go back to your Alipay.
