China’s most epic electronic music festival is coming to town! Two days of pure music, thrilling insanity and crazy outfits. Party monsters, your time is now.
The fourth annual Budweiser Storm Music festival in Shanghai is snowballing completely out of control, invading Shenzhen and Chengdu this year.
Here’s the lineup:
Put your hands up in the air for Skriiiiilleeeex. This guy doesn’t really need an introduction, but we’re going to do one anyway because otherwise it’d just be us going *wub wub dooooodododo* into our cupped hands, and that just doesn’t read well. He is the world’s second highest-paid DJ, an eight (!) time Grammy Award winner and holds the world record for most Grammys won by an EDM artist.
He’s also responsible for Justin Bieber’s comeback. Do with that information what you will.
But wait! There’s more!
Alesso. Hot Swedish DJ performed at Coachella, Tomorrowland an Electric Daisy Carnival, and accompanied Madonna on her MDNA Tour.
Hardwell. Famous for his major sets at Tomorrowland and Ultra Music Festival, this guy was twice voted the World’s No. 1 DJ on DJ Mag. Big surprise, he’s Dutch.
Oliver Heldens. Another Dutch kid who, at the tender age of 21, was ranked as No. 1 house DJ in the DJ Mag Top 100 DJs. Oliver is the owner of his own record label “Heldeep Record”.
Duke Dumont – British DJ, who’s was nominated for Grammys Award “Best Dance Recording” and got number one in the UK Singles Chart with the song “Need You (100%)”
RL Grime aka Clockwork, reached number one on the iTunes Electronic Chart.
Another exciting bonus is Budweiser Storm’s DJ Mix Competition. It’s an awesome opportunity for DJ-beginners to play on same the stage as Skrillex, Alesso and Hardwell in front of thousands people. So, you know. No pressure.
